Loveland RV Resort is an Essential Property Group resort. We are a private RV Resort that offers a variety of entertainment with a quaint mountain atmosphere. The park is located a few miles off the main highway, I-25, yet still provides easy access to the shopping and variety of mountain adventures.

We pride ourselves on the safe, clean maintenance of our park and offer all major services and several amenities. Our facilities include electric & sewer hook-ups, showers, pure drinking water, propane, dumping station, recreation building and pavilion, paved streets.   Amenities include coin-operated laundromat, storage, swimming pool, store, WiFi and mini-golf.

In addition, many outside services are conveniently available nearby. You will find many essential services within a short distance from our resort; including gasoline, propane, groceries, post office, hardware store, religious services, auto repair, restaurants, banks and ATMs.

Daily and weekly rates include utilities (electric, water and sewer). State tax is 3.7%.

Although drop-in visitors are welcome, reservations are recommended, especially during holiday weekends. Please e-mail us or call us at the numbers provided and we will be able to assist you. Deposits are required when you make your reservation.
