We ask you to read and follow these rules to
insure that you and your
fellow campers have a safe and enjoyable stay. Groups are welcome.
| Pets |
ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AND ATTENDED. No
pets allowed in the buildings, on the playground, or swimming
pool area. Your pets are welcome here only if kept under control,
quiet, cleaned up after, not tied to trees, and kept inside at
night. No pets may be left in camp unattended. We are a pet friendly
resort however, we cannot accept Pit Bulls, Akitas, Dobermans,
Rottweilers, Chows, and Staffordshire Terriers. Sorry for the
inconvenience.

| Speed Limit |
(THE SPEED LIMIT IS 10 M.P.H.) Don't risk
killing or crippling a child to save a minute.
|
| Children |
Parents should accompany their children, and know their
whereabouts, as they are responsible for their actions and safety.
|
| Quiet Time |
10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Move about quietly during these hours,
as your fellow campers may be sleeping.

| Pool Rules |
A. POOL OPENS at approximately 9:30 AM. CLOSES AT 8:30 PM.
B. Registered guests only.
C. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
D. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
E. No jumping or diving into the pool.

| No Washing |
No washing of vehicles or RVs. No oil changing, or repair
work will be permitted on sites.
|
| No Fireworks |
ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

| Propane |
Propane available Monday thru Saturday from
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
|
| Mail |
Have your mail forwarded to the park during your stay with
us.
|
| Notes |
The management reserves the right to compel anyone to leave
the campground for failure to observe rules and regulations,
or detrimental conduct. Rowdiness and drunkenness are prohibited.
Innkeepers Rights listed under Colorado Statues 12-44-302 and
18-4-503.
There are no refunds. Loveland RV Resort will issue
a credit for a future visit within the next fourteen (14) months
from the original reservation.

| Cancellations |
A $10.00 fee will be applied to all cancellations outside 10
days of the scheduled reservation. Cancellations made 10 days
or less to the scheduled reservation and No-Shows, will forfeit
the entire amount of the deposit, no exceptions.
If a customer leaves early, a camp credit will be issued good
for 14 months from the first day of the original reservation.

| Parking |
Our sites are set up to allow for your RV plus one vehicle
only. Extra parking is located throughout the park. No parking
on the grass is allowed. |
