Check-in/check-out
Check-in time begins at 1 PM. Checkout time is no later than 11 AM. or there may be additional charges.

Site occupant maximums
To ensure the enjoyment of all of our guests, our resorts have established maximum occupant number of 8 people per site.

Pets
We welcome your leashed, well-behaved pets. Please do not leave pets unattended or tied outside. Pets should be kept under control and quiet at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, please refrain from bringing your pets into all buildings except for the office, on playground, or in the swimming pool area. We do not accept Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Akitas, Rottweilers, Chows, and Staffordshire Terriers or any other breed mixed with these. Applicable pet fees will apply.

Side-by-side camping
Side-by-side camping is strictly prohibited.

Fireworks
For the safety of all guests, fireworks are prohibited on resort property.

Camp Fires
All wood burning fires are prohibited. However, a small propane fire pit is allowed.

Quiet time
Everyone deserves a good night’s sleep. Please move about quietly between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Vehicle washing and repair
You may purchase a wash permit at the office to wash your RV. Washing of any other vehicle is prohibited. The office also has a list of mobile wash services. Minor repair work on your RV is allowed when performed by an approved mobile repair service. Any repair involving fluids, the engine, chassis or any major repair is prohibited.

Rates
All posted camping and lodging rates exclude taxes, additional person(s), pet(s), and vehicle. Rates may vary on weekends or holidays and are subject to change without notice.

Deposits will be collected at the time of the reservation. Upon your arrival, the balance due for your stay including any additional charges will be collected.

Early departures
There is NO refund or credit for early departures

Cancellations
If the reservation is canceled 7 days or longer before the arrival date the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days from your arrival there is no refund.

Loveland RV Resorts will accept packages for guests as long as they are promptly picked up by the guest. Mail for guests is not accepted.
